Sentinel Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce that on Aug. 1, 2015, the merger of Rapid City Telco Federal Credit Union with Sentinel Federal was official. By combining forces, our members benefitted from the greater financial strength this partnership achieved. Together, we have almost $106 million in assets with over 11,000 members, serving nine South Dakota counties with seven convenient locations.
On behalf of our Board of Directors and staff, we thank you for your continued support and patience during the merger process. Now, we are working towards the consolidation of our data processing systems, which will be completed on Dec. 5, 2015.
Please read the merger updates for more information.
Our data processing systems will be consolidated on Dec. 5, 2015. Until then, you will continue to use your existing Telco member number and the Telco routing number. You do not need to make any updates to your direct deposits or ACH transactions at this time.
On Dec. 5, 2015, your Telco member number will be enhanced to an 8-digit long variation of your current number: To the beginning of your existing Telco member number, add the number 1 plus enough zeros to create an 8-digit long number. For example, if the member number is 1234, the new member number will be 10001234.
Online Banking Services
You will continue to access It’s Me 247 Online Banking via the Telco website using your existing Telco username and password. After Dec. 5, 2015, all members will access Online Banking via Sentinel Federal Credit Union’s website at www.sentinelfcu.org. We’ll provide more information as we work towards the Dec. 5 consolidation date.
