Due to the amount of fraud occurring with Debit and Credit Cards, authorizations that are not PIN based,  may be declined. Effective 5/22/14. We encourage our members to use their PIN. If you do not know your PIN for your card, please stop in, or give us a call so that we may send a PIN to you in the mail.

 Attention Golden West Customers!

Golden West has decided to discontinue their local drop boxes and bank payment locations. Starting February 1st 2015, Telco FCU will no longer take payments for Golden West Services. Sorry for any inconvenience. If you have any questions please contact Golden West 1-855-888-7777 Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.



   Attention Online Banking Members!


Steps to Create Your Online Banking Username:
1)      Sign into your ItsMe24/7 online banking using your current member number and password.
2)      Once signed in, select the drop tab “Info Center” on the menu bar.
3)      From the “Info Center”, select “My Preferences” then “Username.”
4)      Create a unique personal username. You May reference the “helpful hints for creating usernames” on the right of the screen
5)      Once your username has been created, you’ll receive a green check mark and message stating that your username has been successfully created/changed.
6)      You’ve now strengthened your online security and can sign into online banking using your personal username moving forward. Remember to save this username somewhere safe so that you may reference it if needed.

  Fraud Alert!

Several members have received fraudulent phone calls from an automated system.  
During the recording the message states that your card has been suspended due to 3rd party use.  The call instructs you to press # 1 to get to the security department and then asks for your 16 digit card number.  DO NOT ENTER IN ANY INFORMATION, THIS IS A SCAM!  Please hang up the phone and call your nearest branch immediately.
