ATM Machines

Get immediate cash 24/7 with a swipe of a card. You can use your card at any Advantage ATM machine or ATM machines with the Cirrus logo. There is no charge for withdrawals when using an Advantage ATM machine. However, Telco FCU does charge $1.00 per transaction after 4 withdrawals have been made in a month. We currently have one ATM machine placed at our Custer branch.

Coin Counting

Our coin counting machines are counting your change up to over 5000 coins a minute! Why should you count them yourself? Bring your lose change to any one of our offices.

Debit / ATM Cards
|
|
What better way to pay for things than to just swipe a card. Not only can you use the check card feature but you can also use it in any Advantage/Co-op ATM machine four times a month free of charge and for $1 each time after that. This 24 hour service is safe & convenient and is accepted at all merchant locations that display the Visa logo.

Direct Deposit
|
|
Why bother with running to the credit union after work with your pay check? Have it sent here electronically. Direct Deposit is extremely easy to set up, there is no fee and is a very safe way to deposit your money. You can allocate funds to various accounts or loan payments. In order to set this up with your employer you will need to know your account number (including your check digit, no dashes or spaces) and Telcos routing and transit number (also known as an ABA number), #291479673. Retirement, Social Security and government deposits can also be deposited automatically.

Drive-up Window
|
|
Convenience is bliss. Don't even bother getting out of your car. Just pull up to the window. With quick and friendly service you will be on your way in no time.
- We do not accept coin at drive-up.
- We do not issue Money orders or Cashiers checks at drive up.
- Hill city does not have a drive up.

Fax Services
|
|
Need to send or receive a fax? Visit your local credit union. There is a charge of $1.00 per page.

Money Orders & Cashiers Checks
|
|
Sometimes sending a money order or cashiers check is the way to go. They are easy, convenient and provide a receipt for proof of payment.

Member Bulletin Board
|
|
Have something to sell or a special event coming up? Each office has a member bulletin board that you may post information on.
|
Night Deposit
|
|
Couldn't get to the credit union during business hours? No Problem. You may use our Night Deposit at our Custer, Hill City. Currently at our main branch we do not offer this service.
Please remember that deposits made in the night deposit will not be posted until the next business day and may not get posted before other electronic items do.

Notary Public
|
|
As a service to our members each of our offices has a notary public for your convenience.
|
Payroll Deductions
|
|
If you have your paycheck direct deposited you can also set up payroll deductions. You can have money go to a special share account or make a loan payment. Contact a member service representative today.

Photocopy
|
|
A photo copier is provided at each location for our members. You can make up to 10 free copies a month. After that, it is fifteen cents a copy.

Safety Deposits
|
|
Need a safe place for your valuables. We have safe deposit boxes at our Custer Office and soon at our Hill City Office. Your annual rental fee will be automatically withdrawn from your account. Check with us for available box sizes.

Savings Bonds
|
|
If you would like to redeem or buy series EE or I savings bonds visit one of our Member Service Representatives today.

CU Talk
|
|
CU Talk is an automated voice teller allowing you to find out about your account 24 hours a day 7 days a week over the telephone. CU Talk can assist you in:
- Various news and information about Telco FCU.
- Finding out balances on share accounts, loan accounts, certificates and IRA's.
- Making a payment on a loan from a share account.
- Transfers in between suffixes on an account.
- Dividend information.

Travelers Cheques
|
|
Going on a trip and don't want to carry cash? No problem. Travelers cheques are accepted worldwide, can be used anytime and do not expire. If they are lost or stolen they can be replaced in no time at all. Travelers cheques for two are also available.
