It's Me 247 Online Banking & e-Statements
Continue to access your Online Banking account via the Telco website using your existing Telco username and password. We’ll provide more information as we work towards the Dec. 5, 2015, consolidation date.
Effective Aug. 1, 2015, all active Online Banking users will be required to enroll in e-Statements. This helps the credit union reduce expenses which means those savings come right back to you in better rates and lower fees. Switching to e-Statements is easy. Once you log into your account, go to Info Center and choose e-Statement Options. Then simply select to receive your statements electronically. Your e-Statement will be available online within the first few days of the next month.
If you can’t remember your username, or the answers to your security questions, or if your password has expired, please call us at 605-923-1405 or toll-free at 888-923-1400. We can reset those for you and then you will need to log in right away and set up new ones.
