Who can be a member? Below is Telco FCU's Field of Membership.

The Field of membership Shall be Limited to those having the following common bond:

• Persons who live, work or worship or attend school in, and businesses and other legal entites located in Custer, Lawrence, Meade, or Pennington Counties, South Dakota
• Members of record of this credit union as of December 3, 2008 (the effective date of its conversion to a community field of membership).
• Employees of this Credit Union
• Spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of this credit union
• Members of their immediate families
• Organizations of such persons
